I was internet-impaired for a few weeks, but now I am healed! The good ol' OLF was the first site I looked at when we got home.

We flew from Seattle to Dallas, then drove to Lake Murray, OK for a reunion with Maggie's family, then back to Seattle to visit my sister, then spent a week camping beside Icicle Creek in the Cascades. I am recharged and relaxed. Off work until Sept 23! WOOHOO!!!

Sounds like a nice R&R.  I would really miss the OLF action too.  I go nuts when the system goes down.

The Icicle I Know about is about 20 mile from my house and is near Leavenworth a very beautiful area. Defiantly a good place to be recharging.

Thanks, Hesh!

Waddy, it was nice R&R indeed.

Kirby,

Lucky you, living so close. Ever camped there? Perhaps not if you're like me. I lived in the midst of Napa Valley for years, never went wine tasting until I moved away. Go figure.

Thought you were awfully quiet there Pat. Nice to see you back on line. Glad to hear you and the family have been having a great time.

Lillian,
Thanks!

I was indeed pretty quiet, no internet for almost two weeks. I was Jonesin'! We did have a great time, though. Good to be back.
