 I talked to the owner of Talario Hardwoods last week and he said he had sold quarter sawn white oak to Martin Guitar company for a "Mission Style Guitar". Has anyone heard anything about this? Probably it is a limited run guitar. Is white oak a good tonewood?

Oak isn't the most stable wood in the world. I've never built with and doubt I ever would. But who knows? |

I'm building a curly white oak OM right now. Currently binding it and it is beautiful. Dry QS oak is stable. Ron |
