Well, here is #4!! This is the guitar set I asked you guys for help on last year. http://luthiersforum.3element.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID= 7964&KW=mark+hanna#forumTop

Anyway, I finally finished. BRW back and sides, Cedar top, Koa end graph and bindings, with dyed perflings throughout, and red pao heart.

Thanks for looking.

Really nice detailed work. There had to be lost of hours spent agonizing over all that trim.

Well done.

Thanks all! Jamie, It's sounds as nice as it looks. Nothing like a BRW sound. Still tinkering with the setup, but it's getting there.

Kudos - lots of nice details and gorgeous wood. The inlay stops short of looking busy and I agree with Hesh, it is so well thought out that it creates a nice harmony.

Ya know, I'm not a florentine fan or a fan of "bling", but this thing is awesome looking.

I love the koa/BRW contrast.  Cool looking bridge - almost looks like bat wings!  Also, I really like the shape of the tongue - very subtle without having that boring squared-off look.  Beautiful inlay, too.

Friggin' awesome job.

I love a florentine, and I think you ought to pat yourself on the back for the original details. How does it sound? How's it play? What are you thinking of building next?

Looks like a good job, Mark

Terry, Thanks so much. It sounds great! The playing is good, but I haven't had time to tweak the set up yet. I'm thinking of a Mad. rosewood next, If I can find a nice set, but still haven't decided.
