Terry, that's really nice!
I've only built one lutz traditional topped guitar and mine came out thinner than yours for whatever thats worth (not much). The few pieces I've had seemed to have great cross grain stiffness.

I've found that the Lutz looses cross grain stiffness rapidly when you thin it
down. I usually run it at around .120 at the bridge and .110 at the
perimiter. Brace it lighter accordingly. By running it heavier I've found it is
less shrill and the sustain improves substantially.
