House is sold and I think the official move is in the next couple of weeks. I'm sure he'll need some time to unpack boxes from the house. Yes, he's still thinking around Jan or Feb. |

From the "Looking for a Watkin's Neck" thread, John said - "It won't be long now until I'm back. I have a new, 3,000 sq. ft. shop back in the Chicagoland area that I'll be operating out of starting in a couple of weeks. I cut 734 inlays in the last week and now I just have a couple of small jobs left to finish before I can move (Hesh and OLF #2). Look for the store to re-open mid-January. Thanks to everyone for their patience." |
Cool. Paul, looks like he's coming to our neck of the woods, eh? -j.
He's actually leaving our neck of the woods. He's currently in Milwaukee and going to Chicago. |

Still not too far off. Good to know his general timeline in any case. Thanks for the info. |

Just after I decide to start using Johns necks once I use up the ones I have, he up and moves. It would have been nice to just go over and pick up necks as his current/old? place is about 7 miles from my house. I guess its back to UPS/USPS... I would have loved to see his setup. |
