Today I was able to finish up the LS redwood Rosewood SJ. Tommorow im driving out (2 hrs) to meet Tony Ferguson and pick up the LS COCO Om. Im going to drop off the Sj at the same time. Here are a few pics, the neck still needs a little work, and will make the trip to Tonys Via UPS next week.

Thanks for looking ---

Looks good, Lance. What are you using for binding? It's hard for me to tell from the pics. Maple?

Nice looking guitar Lance! Love the koa binding.

I talked to Tony yesterday and he said you were coming up this weekend. Tell him I'm still figuring out the best way to ship things to him, then I'll be in touch.

Can't wait to see that one with the finish on it

Nice work lance. my comps graphics are poor (I am on my work comp), does your purfling on the bindings separate the binding from the end graft or is the endgraft tucked into the binding for that continuous look? I can't tell from the pic on this comp. i do love those bindings

Quite nice, Lance. You seem blessed with very good taste.

Any trouble locating the case? Looks like a good fit.

Steve

That’s a beauty Lance!
I like the grain orientation of the sides and how it matches at the end graft.
Crisp job.

Dave-
I'm building a box that is going to house the body and neck side by side, it will have a 6" foam base with a 6" foam cut out that will fit a variety of sizes, the neck will sit next to it, and finally a 6" foam top, with 1/8" board all the way around, and it will drop into a cardboard box. Ill snap some pics when I'm done, I need something to use over and over - and something thats very safe --

Shipping box sounds like a great idea! The guitar looks beautiful can't wait to see it once it's sprayed. Urethane again? Is that all tony does or is it your preference?
