My copy of the SJ plans arrived today. They are very good. They might be the best plans I've ever seen. But, in the spirit that anything can be improved, I'd like to make a couple of suggestions.

Make the font bigger and bolder. There is plenty of room on the paper. When I build from plans, I never measure from the page. I always use the written dimensions, except when I'm tracing the body shape. Finding the sizes of everything is important.

Put in a fret postion table. Now I have to generate one using some other tool.

Perehaps this is a philosophical issue, But I like the drawing to represent the final sizes of the components. This drawing has the side profile oversized so that it could fitted later. This is how I would build the instrument, of course, but I prefer the plans reflect the actual instrument and not one particular implementation method.

I did not detail any aspect of bridge, neck, fret board, neck block, or tail block because most of us are jiged up differnt. I can add a fret table but even there some go off pure 25.4 some off 25.37 and so on. the intenion was to be more a body and brace detail.
Fonts are my prests that I use in my engineering drawings.

Im am glad you like them otherwise. good building
