Did I read somewhere on the forum a while back about a cheaper hardware store solution to the tapered reamer from LMI or Stew-Mac? I have a few traditional endpins to install and don't want to spring for an expensive tool that I don't plan to use much!

Thanks,
Larry

Yep. Most hardware stores have tapered reamers for use on small dia. pipe and such. They are 5 deg snd work just fine for 5 deg pins and cost about half.

Thanks Walter! I've given LMI and SM enough of my money for a little while...ACE is the place this time.
