Bob, I got my wood today, all safe and sound. Thank you very much for going the extra mile and saving me the trouble of carrying it all home on the plane. As it was I won a set of maple sides at the auction late Saturday night and carried that home on the plane. My wife and I are heading for the hills tonight for hopefully a relaxing weekend trailer camping it the Sierras instead of working on my Healdsburg batch like I should. I'll leave you guys to hash out the world of lutherie as I know you are more than capable. Here's wishing you all a safe and happy independence day and a big thank you to those that have and are serving to make it so. Salute ![]() ![]() ![]() See ya'll on Monday or Tuesday |

Have a great 4th John! I'm sure you will come back rejuvinated and ready to tackle the guitars. It would be hard to forget those folks who provide our freedom where I live, and I'll probably catch up with some of them and buy a few rounds. ![]() |

I have an even deeper respect for our service men and women now that I have heard the inside stories from a cousin of mine who recently returned from Iraq. God bless their souls and this country. Hope you all enjoy your celebrations, and be safe. Craig |
