I had the pleasure of talking on the phone with John while he was uploading this file, and trust me, this guitar will have a few of those upcharges. The back and sides are old top-quality Brazilian, and if memory serves, the top is addy spruce. It's going to be a style 50 I believe? Beautiful work!

This will have more added photos. I am finishing up the neck this weekend. The top and braces are adi from the same board. the back is BRW and the fingerboard and headstock are all tree of life.
The pickguard and bridge also have the inlay. I need to try and finish this by aug 8th so as you can see it is cutting that close. Older martins used to have the tail block inlaid with rosewood for support so I added that with a little extra
