Has anyone talked with Cedar Creek in the last few days? My cases were to be shipped last Tuesday with a guaranteed three day delivery time. I should have had them Friday and they didn't arrive. Unfortunately I didn't get a UPS tracking number (I was told that's who they would use). I've had an ongoing communication problem with them and now they don't answer any of their phones, have taken their answereing machine message off and don't respond to emails. Unfortunately my body shapes preclude my getting stock cases. If anyone knows how to contact anyone at Cedar Creek other than through normal channels, please let me know. Thanks. |

Strange - I just took delivery of that yellow lined case two weeks ago, UPS ground. Terry has always gotten back with me same day. I did email this morning so ill let ya know if I hear. |

The cases just arrived, they look good, they fit, one more crisis averted. Terry did call me, they are having phone and computer problems. I'll ship to HB tomorrow and keep my fingers crossed that they get there on time. |

He's just busy, I dropped a last minute order on him that I hope will be here before the show (he promised at least). He has been a little slow in responding but I think it's just because we are keeping him busy... Cheers -Paul- |
