Please do not fight over this. I have been doing some geneology work, and I have discovered that I am Bob's long lost fifth cousin, thrice removed. As such, I am coming forward to lay claim to my heritage, and to assume my rightful place in the line of the King Of Zoot. Henceforth, I shall be known as Zoot Boy, and will be pleased to be showered with gifts such as this set of wood.

Long live the Zoot King!

Dennis, a.k.a. Zoot Boy

wow, that's pretty..Id feel wrong even trying to build with that. Actually,
since I haven'tt built my first yet, I'll feel bad no matter what I build with.
Still, that's prettier than my last girlfriend

Bob--
What do the sides look like?
Do they match?
That would make a stunning instrument.

How do you find all this stuf?????

Steve

Steve I thought about cutting sides from this board but after much agonizig I decided against it for two reasons.
1. Too tough to bend
2. Too pretty for sides.

I'm really gonna have to get me some of that. Been waiting for some really top-notch Cocobolo, and this looks to fit the bill rather nicely!

Very pretty, and I have to say I would not build with it because I would not
trust its stability.

Hey Bob..since I've been checking out this forum, I have to say, you are by far the most consistant person I've seen at coming up with some amazing wood. I thought to myself..this guy must hear the trees crack when they fall in his sleep and run out the next day and load it up.
