If you have luthier magazines and harbor freight on the commode and you know prices by heart. Also you know the difference between intonation and compensation.

The desease is not fatal but is contagous. Be wary of sudden inhalation when you think there is some new wood in the package that arrived.

The only cure is buy more wood and building more guitars.

Good luck Take 2 sitka plates , glue them up and call me in the morning

Good advice, Doc. The bathroom library does indeed include the mentioned publications.

I got you all beat. On my shop pot I have 3 Harbor Freight a grizzly tool and 1 luthier Stew Mac and guitarmaker MSC and in arms reach Martins sounding board and the guitarmakers manual.
I now collected over 70 guitar body templates , and on top of this I have about every jig you can name. Yes I sell them but I also use them.
Now for the biggie , I can also play an 8 track or cd in my shop with heat and AC. The only thing missing in my shop is a shower LOL.

An 8-track player, huh? I'm impressed.

I actually had a 4-track player in my '55 Chevy when they came out. They only lasted about 6 months and were replaced by the 8-track. Anyone else ever have the 4-track?

How about carrying a music box mechanism around and holding it to wood to hear different wood tones to the tune of "Don`t Cry For Me Argentina"? I now hate that song!
