Help with heat blanket.

I just received a new heat blanket from Omega. It has 2 black wires coming out of one end. Do I just wire in a regular ol 115v plug to them and then plug that into the router controller? Then plug the router controller into the timer? Any advice would be appreciated.

It's a 115v blanket, right? Your plan looks right to me.

I was going to tell the story about how I caused a shower of very warm sparks with a cheap heating blanket from McMaster, but I figured that would shoot my credibility, so I'm going to skip it.
