I am in the planning stages to make my first steel string guitar(currently building a nylon string). I was wondering if some one could explain the differences between SJ models and OM models. Is it just a difference in body shape or is there more to it than that?

Thanks

The SJ is closer to a Grand Concert Than an Auditorium. it is bit deeper, wider lower bout and tighter waist to upper/lower bout ratio. more or less a scaled down Gibson Jumbo shape. Also a more rounded form than the OMMichaelP38695.5400810185
