Does anybody know off the top of their head without doing any serious research what the going rate is for Gotoh 510 antique gold tuners.   A customer of mine did called a supply company and was quoted a price or $195. That seems a little steep for the 510 series, even gold plated 510's, even antique gold plated 510's.

On the other hand, I don't see antique gold offered in the LMI catalog.

I appreciage any light you can shed on this subject.

Thanks for your response Russel and Drew, BUT, neither of those has the antique gold finish. Is there such an animal?

John,

Try All Parts online and send for a catalog from them. They may have a braoder selection of finishes on gotoh tuners than you can find at other vendors.

   Just a thought.

John,

On second thought, forget All Parts. That's probably where the outrageous $195.00 quote came from. They do have the antique gold finish with Ebony buttons at that price, but the standard gold and chrome finished 510 styles are rediculously priced at $150.00 or more.

I'll keep an eye our for a better deal on tha antique finished ones for you.

I think Hank said if you call all parts and setup trade terms with them you can get a large discount.

They will ask you for your tax number, to see if you are set up as a legit retailer. They're trying to play by the rules. Their advertised prices are full retail, and the 50% off is the wholesale discount.
That said, there's some really nice guys over there!
