If you look above and below the center face it kind of has a Wizard of Oz talking tree vibe, or its the super glue fumes again. Very cool piece.

Bob,

I really love the look of your Imbruia. If this stuff makes guitars sound half as good as it looks, we'd all be crazy not to buy some. Really, it's a very unusual looking tonewood - and not just this set.

John Mayes see what I meant? Too funny.

Evan that's it! I knew it reminded me something I had seen before.

Skip it's very much like walnut. It can be very striking.

John Hall send me a PM or e-mail.

There's a better face just above that one, it has full lips, ears and hair too. And horns, looks like the devil to me.

I usually see faces in tortillas when I make quesadillas.

But when I look at that Imbuya, all I see is a bunch of snakes and donuts.

Bob,

Thank you for featuring so many pictures on your website. It really makes it more funner to build guitars when you can go browsing online through your candy store.

You're all spending too much time in the spray booth without a mask.
