What kind of wood is the sound board? It seems exceptionally white to me.

Here's the spec's.

Top - Engelmann spruce
Back and Sides - Ziricote
Neck - Alaskan Yellow Cedar (with internal U channel graphite truss Rod)
Bindings - Snakewood with custom rope purflings
Tunning machines- Gilbert
Scale length - 660 mm ( available in 650 )
Fret board and Bridge- ebony
Rosette- Custom hand made spalted maple sound hole rosette, head stock, and end graft splice
Top Bracing - Modified Fan
Finish - Shallac based blend   (French Polished top )

Scott he explains it on his website. They are individual saddles.
