I'm going to guess that you are still "reaching for the mahogany", right? So, I was wondering if the wheels are still turning on the bench-to-guitarwood windfall? You know, all that lovely Cuban with the added posterior patina. Any news on that front?

(Or even news on that rear would be welcome.)

I'm afraid that the dead hand of officialdom won through and $100000 worth of first growth Cuban is ashes in a landfill. . I didn't even get one set for myself .

My secretary fought valiantly but there is no tick box on the Health & Safety Executive's forms that allow luthiery as an end use for for what in their eyes is "Hazardous Material"

Sorry about all the emoticons, but it's very emotional
