Hmmm..Doesn't seem like much to go on in that picture. Nice wood..and it looks like it is on a Taylor stand. That is the best I can do.

I love Dennis' work. I think his stuff is realy top drawer.

I just wish I could use the name truenorth guitars. I do live in Canada you know, and well, with my last name, it all just fits.

I was just noticing the same thing. It also looks like one side of the box is considerably thicker than the other ???? My eyes aren't what they used to be though

I think you both have eyes that work properly, what you're seing is the wedge shape of the sides, his "compound side - tapered body". I think Linda Manzer did it first, it is now done by many to give the guitar a more comfortable profile for the player.

Cumpiano's done it for a number of years as well, he was the first I remember seeing do it. Not sure who started it. maybe some neopphytes have some of these "failures" locked away in a closet somewhere....
