Try LMI, they have some at 7/32... You'll need a pretty specialized bit to cut a channel, though. Unless you want to try to excavate a la Cumpiano/Nathelson.... (I tried it and hated it)...
Ridge Carbide tools have some solid shear face solid carbide bits (7/32) for 20$. Check it out:
http://www.ridgecarbidetool.com/html/spiral_shearface.htm
If you don't find what you want, they'll custom make some for you.
I ordered some bits form them and they were at my door within a week (although customs through UPS stole me blind...) A shout out to Ridge Carbide Tools for the quality and expediency of their service!!!

Larry, how many do you need? I've got some 1/4" inch and could spare a few. Drop me a pm or email. Paul

You could try to cut some yourself if you have a bandsaw.
Sterilized bone is available at pet supply stores in the 'doggy' department. $3 to $5 depending on size. Has anyone else tried these for guitar saddles/nuts?

Alain, well that's the thing...This particular saddle slot was cut wider by someone a little Dremel-happy...I suspect it was a 1/8" bit, and by the time the depth was reached it was wider than that...so the slot's there, I just need a tight saddle...

Paul, I'll PM you...

Crow, never thought of that...mebbe I'll pick up a pet store bone and try it out sometime and see how it goes...thanks!
