What size fretwire are people using on their guitars. Stew-Mac offers 4 medium sizes--medium/medium, medium/high, medium/higher and medium/highest. Advantages or disadvantages of one over the other?

I'm partial to the med/high. I like the fact that you can play with a lighter touch. One caveat, however...if you play with a heavier touch, it's possible to make the note a little sharper when fretting. With the med/high frets, my fingers rarely touch the soundboard. This is something that needs to be considered before you start pounding in the frets. I guess that's why they offer different sizes.
