What repair method will have the least impact on color when repairing a very light colored wood? |

In my experience it's hard to beat a good quality hide glue for this. Is there a specific wood you're working with - engleman, maple or something? |

Primavera. I am discovering more cracks today. Not really new ones, just the original ones that I realize are longer than I though. Hairlines, but long. Discouraging... ![]() One crack is gapped. Is Hide Glue appropriate to fill a .25mm crack? |

hide glue has very poor gap filling properties. will the crack squeeze together under clamping pressure? |
