I'm looking for a really nice dread set to use as a demo Rockbridge guitar for my site and am having trouble finding anything. LMI's got some really expensive sets, but I saw one that was being resold and I wasn't impressed.

Figured somebody might have seen some nice stuff somewhere or might have an extra set gathering dust that you'd like to get rid of....

Thanks,
Andrew Wright

Try BobC @ RC Tonewoods. He had quite a bit of this stuff. Steve @ Colonial may have had some too.

A lot of us snatched up all the sets we could get our hands on. I have not seen very many of the VERY best sets for sale lately, but there are some GREAT sets for sale quite frequently.

Mine are put away for a day when people say.. "remember when that unbeleviable sapele was floating around..."

Bruce Dickey may still be selling Sapele.

If you can resaw yourself, Gilmer has billets. Otherwise, there's always the Zoot Man!

I'm building with Zootman's Sapele and Waterfall Bubinga right now. The more refined this stuff gets through the building process the more 3-dimensional it appears and the more hypnotic it becomes. By the time they're finished, I expect to be walking around like a zombie!

It's the curse of Zootman!
