I don't have a set of plans for this build and was wondering if someone would fill me in as to the heights at the neckblock and tailblock. Thanks P |
I don't have a set of plans for this build and was wondering if someone would fill me in as to the heights at the neckblock and tailblock. Thanks P
Maybe when the mail runs Paul I can help out? This icy weather has 'em backed up. That and having the day off for President's Day. I dropped a package off to Gallagher yesterday and saw the FedEx lady getting her mail. I asked her if she got the day off tongue in cheek, because she had her FedEx uniform on. I knew different. |

Good Point for subsequent builds. All the principals need a print of the same guitar. Why is it we realize these things after the fact? We must be humans! |

Another point in future builds, pick a body shape which has cases already made and available? Hey, we're learning. This guitar could have easily been a 000 or Dred or something else. |

Bruce, I don't really need plans just the two dimensions. Propsom sent me a page of the back plans so I'm good there. Just don't know when to stop grinding on the rim when I get to that point. |

Mail Came, that information isn't on page 2. Must be on page 1 or 3. |

I don't have a Kinkos, but Michael offered a file to be printed at Kinkos? I bet there are a few folk with that plan let me go ask on the regular forum. |

These are the sides only... Not the final dimensions of the box (i.e. it will be bigger with the top and back plate attached). Neckblock end 3 13/16" Endblock 4 1/4" |

One tyoe you can get any kinkos to print. the other is a DWF (autodesk special format) that can not be altered but can be viewed and printed. Not all Kinkos and other copy places have geared up to print from it yet. It is a fairly new file format and the viewr software will allow you to print on a std 8.5 x 11 printer scaled down or zoom to specific details |
