Does the banner (Header) have to be small and left justified? or can it be the same size and placed in the same place as the old forum?

We are thinking that the actual discussions will run in a frame set at the bottom of the page. However, this creates other complexities for the ads. Right now these things are huge (real estate wise) and we are trying to decide how to get everything to fit within a frameset.

How open are you to changing the dimensions of some of the ads? i.e. making them smaller.

I have no problem with that, Matter of fact, I like the size of the guitar jigs banner best. The AC tonewood banner would be hard to resize, but the others would be quite easy.
