Didn't see a "second" poll, so my answer is:
OM's followed by Parlors.

I voted other. I like small parlor like 00, or L-00 sized guitars best.

Grand Auditorium

For me, it's a tossup between OMs and Grand A's (in the Taylor vein). But the OM's are slightly more comfortable to physically play, so I went for those.

I voted "other." I play a Taylor 314 (Grand Auditorium) and am happy with it. My son's dreadnought feels pretty big to me now.

There are two issues here for me. One is the sound of the guitar; I like the sound of my GA better than a dreadnought. The other is comfort in playing. I'm fairly tall (6' 2", or 189 cm), so I can play a large guitar comfortably. I know others who have bought small-bodied guitars because they find them more comfortable to play.

I LOVE the size of my 12 fret Martin 000-16SRGT, but it's not hand made, by my hands. I may remedy that with a home built 000 12 fretter if I can get my head above water on my current build.

I also LOVE the size of my Martin Jumbo that I cut down the depth to 4 1/2". I guess it is their version of a Grand Auditorium? Both are very comfortable to 'couch play' the Jumbo surprisingly so.

BTW I never play my Martin since I built the Jumbo.

I like small jumbo's the best! I've made 2 so far and love them all.

Is a small jumbo like a 0000 or what is it?

Even though these first two I am doing are 000- I am setting up to do Martin slope dread-it just seems to be less bulky-will be trying 12 fret and probably 24.9 scale unless you guys tell me it won't have enough punch. I go to Mario's site and drool all over my laptop looking at his version(I'm sure he has placed his own personal stamp on it) and it is something for me to aspire to.Hoffman has added it to his builds too.

I voted 000 but will probably change to SJ once I finish this one!
I am suprised that I've switched from Dread to 000 in such a short time. I never thought there was a comparable guitar than the Dread - even after playing every size available. Boy was I wrong!

I waiver.
Sometimes I'm enamored with SJ's, other times it's dreads.
Lately however, I've been totally taken by smaller guitars. I really loved Vivian Ecker's OO, and I was very taken in by the Sting Size 5 protoype at the ASIA Symposium, as well as Steve Spodaryk's amazing Martin/Stauffer inspired guitars.
Gonna build me a OO and a Size 5! The Stauffer's are way beyond my skill set...
