On the build #2 forum page is a topic FLOOR IS OPPEN FOR IDEAS. This is in reference to peghead and fretboard inlay. Craig Lavin has asked for suggestion on this since the benefactor has changed. Please, if you are involved we need your ideas.

My thinking is that we want the inlay to reflect the reason or sentiment behind the donation, but all ideas may be presented. No vote will be taken till we have a wide range of Ideas on this issue and Craig will have the final approval since he is donating the pearl and labor.

So please give it some thought and share your ideas with us at the build #2 forum. Time is short. Please help

A simple "Tree of Life" is appropriate in any situation. Beauty & hope and rebirth through the everchanging seasons are all combined in this ancient symbol.
I just did a small one on my latest peghead & (I think) it looks great... Fairly simple also.
