I have only built with hard maple and don't have any experience with soft maple. I am building a Jumbo (J200 style) body. I thinned the sides down to .095" and they felt really floppy. How thin do you take your sides and back with Big Leaf? |

It's really not much differant than cherry. I still use around .085 |
