Hello Everyone,

Here is a picture of my 1st guitar, not counting the kit I am still working on.

It is walnut with bloodwood binding, cedar top, Hauser inspired classical. Although, it is going to have a bolt on neck.

What kind of rosette do you have on there to complement the bindings? I am about to order some bloodwood bindings from Bob and I think you just sold me on putting them on a honduan mahogany guitar I am getting ready to start. i do like the combo of those bindings with the lighter wood. Keep us informed with some more pics

Very nice,and super colour coordination. I betcha can't wait to get strings on it and play. Let us know how it sounds. Good job. Are you building a steel string kit or a classical? By the way what are you using for the bridge? Are you staining the neck or leaving it natural? Can't wait to get back to building my guitars. Oh if only there was more time in the day (need a better time management ability maybe).

Great looking Hauser Jeff, a man after my own heart! Keep up the good work. I'm getting ready to start 3 new Hauser models, EIRW/Spruce, EIRW/Cedar, Quilted maple/Spruce.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the encouragement. Of course, I only showed it from the good angles, not the ones where I messed up.

Frank, I am using a rosette that I got free when I ordered David Schramm's Hauser cd. I looks just like this one. I think it is the same one that John E. has on his Schramm.

Ron, I am going to use a EI rosewood bridge I bought premade from LMI, I think. I have a rosewood bridge blank so if I get it figured out, I will maybe make my own.

John E., Do you have commissions? That would be cool!
