Hey Craig, I had this happen to me, but I checked out the reply email (when repling to one you sent me) and the address was incorrect. This is what I got, Craig Lavin [clavin%handcraftinlay.com@handcraftinlay.com] as opposed to the clavin at handcraftinlay dot com that should have been there. So, if this is you, check the return address to make sure it's correct. Craig, still waiting for the customer to get back to me to give you the OK. Rod |

Craig, there is a glitch with your email... when the email is received it comes from clavin@handcraftinlay.com but when someone replyes to the received email then clavin%handcraftinlay.com@handcraftinlay.com is placed in the outgoing email address. its a problem with the defauld reply setup on your server or email software... what do you use? Every time you email me I have to fix the email address. but the incoming is correct its just the reply setup. let me know what you use or check your configuration under tools...etc... |
