At work, we're trying to figure out if this means we can or cannot fax a photocopy of a passport for a car rental in Spain. Anyone? Thanks.

My best guess would be that it is at your disrection wether you want to or
not. Lets break it down:

Si Queries = If you want
No Podeis = You can't
Pasar = to forward, to pass along

The use of Si Queries is a little funky..it would have been better if they
would have said No nessicito, but anyway I would say you can choose
wither you want to or not...but its just a slightly educated guess.

John, the "funkyness" is because it's Castilian and not the L.A. Spanish that we Gringos know.
Don, what John said. Basically they say that you can fax a photocopy of Skip's pasport. I'd go ahead and do that to be safe.

If you like you can send it by fax: a copy of skip's passport and driver's license.
