You did it again Bob, great wood all around. For those of you newbies here who weren't aware, before you buy anything from LMI or StewMac, check and see if Bob has it. If he does, don't waste your time with the other boys!

I just received two spruce tops, a billet of ebony to make bindings, and some quilted maple headplates--all top notch. I can't wait to start building with it.

Bob (or anybody else)-- what do you recommend for type of band saw blade to cut the ebony bindings? The blade I have how is the one that came with the saw and isn't made for fine cutting. What do you recommend for tpi or brand?

Thanks!

John

John it was my pleasure. Thanks for the kind words. As for the bandsaw blade. I have been using a Grizzly 16 tpi blade for bindings. Still have to sand but very little tearout. I just ordered a Lenox 18 tpi carbon steel blade. I'll let you know how it works.
