But this time for veneer. I've checked the three sources I've purchased from in the past (Certainly Wood, Crown, and Herzog), but can't find Ziricote. Does anyone know of a veneer source? I'd like to use it for the faceplate of the amp I'm about to complete. I need it to be so thin because I need some threads available for the potentiometer bolts. It will be backed by the maple veneer and the aluminum chasis. |

James, you might want to try Lee Valley for very thin supply, i know they even have wenge in their boxes of mixed veneers, in case you can't find any. |

Wenge's hardly rare or similar looking to Ziricote, though, is it? |
