waaaaaaahhh... I'm only 4 hours away, have a place to stay, but can't make it.
Maybe next year after I have few more under my belt (guitars, that is, not lbs.).

Yep, I'm going. Driving out. The drive begins at Lake Michigan, in Chicago (well, just north of Chicago) and will end in Tacoma, just two days later. I should be out there by Tuesday night. |

I'll be there too, with a new guitar I finished just to bring along. How about a tune for some salmon? I'll try and find you. Marshall, too bad I didn't know you were driving out, we could have car-pooled! I would rather have done that than fly out on the plane I booked. Man, I could have french-polished my guitar in the back seat on the ride out! |

Marshall, I'm coming to your workshop also. In fact, you are one of the reasons I'll be attending the convention. I missed your father's master class at the LINT meeting last year, and have regretted it since. This will be some redemption for me! So---make it good!
