Hello again. To follow up with the whole router question, I thought I'd ask where you get your bits. I'm looking specifically for pattern cutting bits (w/ bearing obviously) to make molds, jigs, and route things like end grafts, mortise/tenon, truss rod channel. Again...what brands do you like? Where do you get them? Price? Thanks! Jordan |

I get Amana bits from the guy who sharpens my jointer blades and table saw blades. He swears by them, and I've found them to be the best quality bits I've used. A little more expensive than most though. There are several online sources... -Mark |

http://www.mlcswoodworking.com/ The least expensive quality bits I've found....we're talking carbide, well machined and the whole "bit"...don't sharpen....at these prices you toss 'em and buy again! |
