Nice! Quick question: how do you arch your bracing? All to the 30' dome, or leave the upper transverse flat?

Very nice jig Terry, I am in the thinking stages of doing the same thing and our ideas are very similar. Good stuff. I am also going to build a version of Paul's neck tenon jig but have decided to do it a little different. One side will do the neck and the other side will rout the mortis in the body. The first will be set up for a dovetail for the complete vintage guitar.
Good work there.

Terry,

I can't think of any reason why that won't work. In fact, I may have to try and build one, it looks like a great idea. Good job.

   HI
I did something like this in the early days. I now us the radius disk.
http://www.bluescreekguitars.com/ar0007.htm
The top is done at a 28 foot radius and if you do the math that equates to the 1 1/2 degree angle plus I can get the matching contour on the top for the top bracing.
This gives my guitars a slight and even doming. I haven't had a top crack since I started this 7 years ago.
You want to star this with the dish parallel to the top plane .

Terry, what you are doing looks pretty straight forward. The jig that I've got in the plans section (Charles Fox's idea, I just took the ball and ran a few yards with it) will then route the neck tennon to the same angle as the top/side angle.
When I do mine I just dome everything then go back and flatten it with a board then go to the tennon jig.

I like see that set uop without the top. That way you keep the strength at the top in the area you need it
