I'm having problems viewing jpg files on one of my computers. When I open the e-mail attachment, instead of displaying the jpg photo, I get a bunch of scrambled alpha-numerics. I'm running windows xp with the latest version of explorer. Does anybody know how to fix this so I can view the pictures versus the scrambled file? Thanks! John |

Is the file extension ".jpg" correct? It obviously opening it as a text file. Sometimes, if you save it to hard disk, and open it in a graphics editor, it may correct the problem. Only a suggestion. Billy Dean Thomas |
