Jeff Doty very generously donated most of the wood you will need to make a guitar. This has a nice set of Pau Ferro, with a Douglas Fir top, Adirondack Spruce brace stock, and 4 basswood reverse kerfed linings.

The sizes are for a classical, but this should comfortably fit a 00 and with some clever fitting of wings you can probably build a slightly larger guitar as well.

Good luck, and thanks again Jeff!!

Back - 7 1/2 tapering to 7 1/16, 20 1/4 long, each piece
Side - 4 1/2 x 30 1/2
Top - 7 3/4 x 22

I'll start at $50

Oh, and when does it end Brock?

Yes, that is right, free shipping in the mainland U.S., or a $20 credit on shipping anywhere else.

Remember, all proceeds go to support this great forum we call home!

I can't believe this might go for less than $100!

(I would bid but I recently made a purchase that puts a hold on the zoot for a little bit.)

Don't worry Dave, you didn't "win", you bought it

So you've still never won anything.

Well done

Well maybe I didn't "win" but considering what I am getting and what I paid...it definitely is a windfall! THANKS!

p.s. isn't that the idea behind these auctions?...exposure for the dealer/seller...good deal for the luthier...and money in OLF's account to continue on! Win Win Win
