I said I wouldf post my results creating Quicktime Movies for posting on my website. Thanks to the help of Josh here on the forum I was able to creat some decent files. Here is what I did
1) I edited the clip down to what I wanted,
2) Under file click Export.
3) In the window I set it for "Export movie to quicktime movie" and then hit options.
4)I checked Video and settings and set it for MPEG-4 Video with quality set to best. Frames per second were set to 24, key frame every 75 frames, and limit Data rate to 28.8
5)I clicked OK and then set size to width 320 height 240 and clicked OK
6)Under sound and settings I set it to MPEG-4 audio, rate 44.100 and 16 bit sterio. I then clicked Options and set the compression to AAC, the bit Rate to 64 kbs, output sample rate to 32 and quality to better. Click Ok and then OK and clicked prepare for internet streaming and then set it to fast start.
7)Click Ok and then saved. This worked well on the first three movies, I'll do more latter.

The orriginal movie quality was low being shot with a cheap Degital camera But I am happy for now. This is what worked for me, If anyone has suggestions on further improvement I'd love to hear.
