I'm just curious how long it takes FedEx to deliver a package with their 2-day service? I placed an order with a vendor on Thursday, and was charged double for 2-day FedEx, but the shipment won't arrive until Tuesday. By my math, that seems a tad longer than 2-days. I thought Saturday was a work day for FedEx? I'm about fed up with getting gouged on shipping.

As one of the kids in the "Peanuts" strip said a few years ago..."Instant gratification is too slow." I've found I'm happier if I go with the slower, standard shipping, 'cause it always arrives sooner than I expected!
Jim's right and only FedEx Ground delivers on Saturday unless you specify Saturday delivery for FedEx (air).
UPS has Saturday delivery...for a fee of course.

My favorite post office clerk question is "How long does overnight mail take?" I actually get varied answers :(

Reminds me of a test in gym class in middle school - one of the questions was "how long can you stay in the three second lane", and sadly not everyone got it right.
