Michael, when I googled butyl cellusolve, it gave butyl cellosolve as an alternative. I this the same stuff? If so check out this link: The Chemistry Store |

Sherwinn Williams stocks it available in gallons as item # R6K25. If you go in to one of thier stores just make sure you have the item number in hand to special order. The people in the store have never been able to find the product in thier catalog unless I I had the product number on me. |

Okay, I'm gonna plead ignorance here. Why do you add butyl cellusolv to your lacquer? Is it to keep it from blushing? Are there other advantages? |

Thanks Todd! I was aware of it helping with blushing, just didn't know if there were other things it helped with. |
