Innovative use of inlays, love that red planet and the shading...

43 years ago, inlay is what got me started in this craziness. You are doing fine work there. If I can ever get past being frozen at the switch and complete a guitar or two I want to use the US DOT Highway 61 sign for a logo(I'm claiming copyright, trademark, servicemark and every other lawyer type foolishness on this idea.) Since my heart is with the blues, I thought it would be appropriate and 61, and thus, the Mississippi run through my home town.Could I have a PM to talk about it?MT

Chris, what about that pair of humpback whales you were working on? I'd love to see those.
They've been done being cut out for forever. However I'm still waiting on the
25" scale ebony board to inlay them into.... can't progress any further until I
get that.
Chris
I could have sent you another board. Who is getting the humpbacks? Is that a guitar you are building?

Nope, I didn't acknowledge receiving the inlaid Moorish Idols Fretboard by Chris Verhoeven of Florida.

Bad Luthier....

I told Chris that I have been preoccupied helping a loved one with some serious legal/financial affairs, plus trying to get ready for the OLF Arkansas Guitar Get Together, Saturday August 19, 2006.

Okay Chris It looks as good as the pics, thanks a million and may your creative talents take you to great heights.

This is a very old digital camera, no flash. The pixel rating is .3 mp, that's right. It's an old Sony FD73 Mavica. Saves images on a floppy, about forty to a disk, reuseable of course. How does it take such a nice pic? 10 power optical zoom, no digital at all. I think it's like eight years old and the original Lithium Ion battery still works as hard as ever. It's been dropped on Tile from four feet, keeps a licking and keeps on JPEGing.
