Hesh, that will make an awesome guitar. Is there anything on that, or is it dry? If it's dry, it sure is gonna pop under some finish!

WOW, that's nice!
Congrats on a great score.

Remember, the lard really pops curls....

And, blisters.

Hey Hesh,

glad you like it, and thanks for the kudos. Much appreciated!

(Just for everyone's info, only 3 sets of that are left...)

Looks like you got plenty left on the back for a book matched head plate too Hesh. Nice zoot.

Wow, that's awesome stuff!

A photoshop trick for killing blown out highlights I learned when I took a
PS class at the brooks institute of photog. was:

1) apple - option - shift - ~. Press all the keys at once and it will select
the blown areas.

2) apple - J to copy them to a new layer.

3) select "multiply" in the layer styles pull down menu.

It's very fun. You'll feel like you're playing piano. James Orr38947.6204861111

[QUOTE=Hesh1956] I just added to my stash and satisfied my WAS (for today...) with the help of "The Don" and New England Tonewoods.

Some of you know that my 10th guitar, now on the bench, is my first go at building with mahogany. This has been such an enjoyable experience that I am stocking up on mahogany as a result.

Don just received some beautiful Blister/Quilt mahogany and I just purchased the set below. Surprisingly this wood represents an excellent value too.

Nice!

Colin

Should be the same. I just don't know what the equivalent keys are.
