I had an idea for a NEW THREAD here it is...

Before i started tinkering with guitars, i was a pretty keen home engineer (still am ). and one pretty simple joy was making that perfect tool that you need to do a job. sometimes it could take all day to make a tool to do a 5 min job (perfect example to follow). but when it works it is fantastic.

so i propose you guys post up pics of some of your favorite doo-dackeys and widgets that you have made in your workshops, hopefully we should all learn something

Anyway, let me get the ball Rolling, This is my Inspection camera i made, for looking at braces etc (VERY VERY HANDY)

Neat Matt. What did you use for a camera? It looks like one of those security cameras you hide in a teddy bear to spy on the baby sitter.

thats exactly what they are, i scored three the same for $60 (approx $30US)

i made it because i wanted to repair a hole in a guitar from the inside

hmmmm... spy on the hot babysitter you say.... hmmmmmm... interesting....
