It's been a long time coming, but it's finally up and ready to rock. Please visit www.cncguitarparts.com and check it out.

You can order custom necks and choose all of your options right off of the site. There are also parts (including necks) that are done and ready to ship today.

The site is completely secure full-blown e-commerce. No more re-directs to Paypal, though you can pay by Paypal if you like.

The necks that you see are about a fourth of what's sitting here, so please check back regularly over the next few days.

I'd like to thank all of my OLF friends for making my business thrive. I promise to work my butt off to exceed your expectations with this new venture. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can help you in any way.

Thanks again,

John

Wow John! Very cool site! I really like your semi-custom neck offerings. That was a really great idea. As much as I like hacking away little bits of wood at a time, I'm probably gonna be visiting your site soon and often.

Oh BTW, can you do one of those semi-custom necks with a headstock large enough for a 12-string?

Thanks again!

By the way, you may notice that my "faux-bound" fingerboards are 'buy 5, get one free'. The reason for that is a) I think their going to save everybody a lot of time and look really great on your guitars, and b) I have exactly one hundred of those fingerboards ready to go and would like to get em' gone.

Wow, John, you've been one busy guy! The store looks fantastic!

Do you plan on making any more guitars? It seems like you'll have more than enough work with all the CNC stuff you'll be doing.

So you are planing to keep a small stock on the necks, and fretboards? This may be too cool

Looking Fantastic John!

Will you be offering stock dovetailed necks at some point?

Joe, I'm in the process of converting my spray booth to a dedicated metalworking area if that answers your question.

Seriously, I would love to be building guitars, but I just don't have time or space with everything else going on. Maybe next year.

Michael, everything on the site will be stocked. Custom items will be stocked as blanks and ready to go in the machine.

Don, I plan to. Slotted headstocks, too.

All of my necks and fingerboards will also soon have indexing that matches them up perfectly together. Remember Geranimals?

John,

Any plans in the future to offer a Spanish Cedar or mahagony classical neck like the ones offered at LMI?

    http://tinyurl.com/zk4k9

I'd like to see these with the 1/4" ebony spine laminated in much like a Ramirez neck. I sure would get a few.

Regards,
Pete

Ha! I tried the link above before this thread was posted! Pretty cool site. Guys, he's even got some nice back and side sets listed. His famous fretting cauls, too.

John,
That is a great website!
I feel like a kid in a candy store!

Are you going to offer necks without the volute?
In other words a smooth transition between the head and neck.Or can you do it on a custom basis?
Thanks,
Brad

Thanks, guys.

Brad, the volute can be left off of any neck at no extra charge. Just leave a comment at checkout that you want it sans-volute.

For those that have already tried some of these products, there is a "write a review" button in every product detail page. Feel free to share your thoughts for the benefit of others.

Great looking site, John!

I don't plan on ordering premade guitar parts, if I ever do I know where to look first! Question: Will you be offering your kerfing clamps for sale on there as well?

Thanks, Arnt. Yes, the clamps will be out there shortly.

The site currently has about half of the available products added. I have to juggle web development time with keeping up on my regular CNC workload.
