Here is my second reso. It is cherry with walnut fretboard and mahogany binding. The finish is spray can lacqur.
The date is wrong, as I just bought the camera. I strung it up 3 weeks ago. It sounds better each time I play it.

Very very nice reso Jeff, that cherry is awesome!

What did you use for the top wood?

And how did it go with the spraying of lacquer from a can please?

I'd just love to play it, a reso is responsible for my being here today ya know!

Thanks

Serge

Serge, the top is cherry also. It went very well with the spray cans. Better than I thought, and no I didn't know you were into resos. Come to North Carolina, and you can play it, it sounds great.

How many coats did you have to apply bud? how many cans?

Jeff, that's quite nice. The walnut turned out plenty dark, too. Did you treat that (that fretboard) with anything? Stain it? Hmmmm?

No Steve, I didn't put anything on it. It is just naturally dark I guess. Serge, I used 3 1/2 cans in about 8 coats I think, I lost count.
