here`s some Ovankol with finish on it.
this is the guitar I built for Steve Roberson. I would discribe this wood as a lot like E.I Rosewood. It has about the same density and tap tone, maybe a bit heavier. I give this wood a thumbs up for sure.

I have some wood(Imbuia) from him I can't wait to use with one of Shanes tops!
