I thought this might be fun, here is a peek in my shop now that Ive rearranged a few things to fit two new machines, I also plumbed everything for dust collection, and later next week I should have a new/used Penn Industries cyclone system installed right were my Jet collector is now.

Here is the shop from standing at my bench

Here is the shop standing at the tools looking back at the bench.

And a few other random shots.

A very nice and orderly shop you have there Lance, not quite as neat as Heshs' but close! I like your shelves(wood stash).I see you have the tiny Delta band saw like I do. .Very cool shop!

Dave, aside from re-sawing that little Delta has met every need I have had. Including cutting nested neck blanks. No complaints.

I like the shop Lance.
However, I noticed a Lions clock on the wall...
please tell me you don't suffer the same sickness as I

There was a time when I was sure my death would come while watching the
Lions but I must admit I am getting better!

Hey listen! You want to see a neat shop, and one that I envy. Check out Dennis Scannals shop, talk about inspiring! check out his view out the window over his main bench!

Nice shop Lance. How do you like those plastic shelving units? In my shop, I was debating on either wood (1x12)shelves with the metal brackets or plastic shelves. I roughly figured the cost between the two, per square foot of shelve space, and it was about a toss up. I have 5 Plano shelving units now and I'm really happy with them. Besides, we're trying to sell our house and this way I can take them with me.

Kirt, there ok.
They work well for backs and Tops, but not sides, unless you turn them long ways.

You wanna see "neat freak" just look at some of Lance's progress photos when he's building one of his guitars...takes "neat freak" to the Nth degree!

Doesn't look obsessive to me, Lance. In fact, it looks like a working lutherie shop that was buffed up a little for a magazine photo shoot, and seconds later chips and curls started hitting the bench again. You can tell that serious work is done in that shop!

Gotta love that horizontal belt sander. It looks like you don't have quite enough space for free access, though. Kind of like everything in my "shop."
