So I've finally been able to give the box a rough sanding today after taking it out of the mold and trimming the overhang...

Thanks for all your very kind comments! Rod, the cutaway came out very well, if I do say so myself. I'll take a close-up pic later on tonight... The hole is a standard 4 inches. It might be because that guitar is just a hair over 9 inches at the waist... hmmm... I'll go measure that out to make sure... Now you've got me worried!  
Sam, Donovan, thank you very much. That is a shape I drew myself. It's 11 inches upper bout, 9.125'ish at the waist and 15 inches lower bout... Hesh, you clean freak you, leave my shop be!!! I actually cleaned up before taking those pics! 
She thumps like a canon! The slightest tap at the bridge position will put out a match held at the souldhole... Supposedly that's a good thing (shrug)
